How returns work

Returns and refunds are handled by the partner store where you placed the order. Start a return from your order page there; the store explains the window, the condition required and how the refund is paid.

Hygiene items

Opened sterile syringes may not be returnable for hygiene reasons. Keep the pouches sealed until you are sure of the size.

Warranty

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, report it through the order page of the partner store, which handles replacements and warranty claims.
